Rights of users

The customer will receive a booking notification waiting, and once Xacobús Transfers & Tours S.L.has accepted the reservation, another confirmation.
Xacobús Transfers & Tours S.L. may refuse any booking that it remains on hold, with no right to any benefit or bonus to the user.

Service cancellations:

Cancellations of taxi service will be free of charge, if the cancellation is via the web, more than 24 hours in advance.

For cancellations via email or telephone, there will be a charge of € 5 if they are made more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with a time less than 24 hours at the beginning of the service will be issued a charge for 100% of the amount of the service

For services started where the client does not appear or communicate the cancellation of the service, 100% of the amount of the service will be claimed.

In all these cases, a payment request will be sent to your email, in the case of not responding, judicial measures will be taken.

Special conditions Shuttle bus

A) only the route is guaranteed and the hay is a minimum of stipulated passengers (three at least unless specified otherwise)
